The short version: we only collect what you type in our contact form, we use it to reply to you, and this website has no cookies, no tracking and no ads.

Who we are

DAAV Digital is run by Avni Karaj in Tirana, Albania. Avni Karaj is responsible for your personal data on this website. You can reach us at daavdigital@gmail.com.

What we collect

• When you send our contact form: your email, and, if you fill them in, your name and company, what you need and your message.
• When you email us: your email address and what you write.

That's all. There are no accounts and nothing else to fill in.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you and, if you decide to work with us, to plan and do the work. We use it because you asked us to get in touch, as a step before a possible contract. We don't send newsletters or marketing emails, and we never sell your data.

Who helps us

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) receives the contact form and sends your message to our email.
• Google stores our email (Gmail), including your message.
• Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any host, it processes your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.

If the form can't send your message, your own email app opens with it ready, and it reaches us as a normal email. These companies may process data outside Albania and the EU, including in the United States.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking pixels or ads. Its fonts and scripts load from this website, not from other companies. If that ever changes, we'll update this page and ask for your consent first where it's needed.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for up to 2 years after our last contact, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep what we need while we work together, and invoices and business records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Write to daavdigital@gmail.com and we'll answer within one month.

If you think we've handled your data wrongly, you can complain to Albania's Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idp.al) or to the data protection authority in your country.
